Janet Baxter Yoga & Sound
Thursdays 6.30 – 7.45 pm
A 75 minute class to move and breathe. Release of tightness, breathe more effectively and learn how to meditate and relax.
We’ll often enjoy a mini sound bath at the end too, a wonderful way to relax and rest deeply.
All levels of experience are welcome and supported.

Postnatal Pilates with Rowan Stern

A supportive 45-minute Postnatal Pilates class with or without your baby. Designed to help rebuild core strength, improve posture and restore confidence after birth. Suitable as soon as you have been cleared to exercise by your midwife / GP
