NEW WINTON NIPPERS BABY AND TODDLERS GROUP

 

This group meets on Wednesdays 10:00 - 12:00 in the village hall.

We welcome parents and carers with children from new born to age 5.

Charge is currently £3.00 per family and this includes hot drinks and biscuits for parents and carers

plus a healthy and varied snack for your children.

Toys, ride-in-cars, colouring in, baby area, etc. provided

We are delighted to host Paul from Health, Wellness & Sound

 

for his Sunday Sound Bath classes each Sunday from 6:30 to 8pm open to age 11 or over.

Saturday Mornings in the New Winton Hall

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Flow Yoga classes are both revitalising and restorative, yet they will give you a complete and effective workout.

Using the breath we can enable energetic movement, whilst reducing anxiety through mindfulness, increasing the flow of energy, flexibility and developing finding ease of movement, in turn helping regulate our metabolism, improve immunity, and increase bone density over time.

These classes can provide a low impact method of building stamina, improving circulation, strengthening and toning muscle tissue, whilst slowing down the nervous system, creating calmness, and balancing the chemistry of the body. The elongation and compression of tissue provide a massage of the internal organs, this assists in the detoxification of your body.

We start the classes with some simple breathwork, instruction on deep core engagement, and meditative sequences are also incorporated within the class routine. Sequences are repetitive with some variation. This allows you to feel consistent progress on regular attendance. 

Each class is open to all levels and ages and is structured around a mixture of both Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow yoga sequences, using beginner's postures. Allow your body to ease into a shape aiming towards the posture with equal amounts of effort and ease. Blissfully lengthening out, and finding deep core strength, to finally sink into the mat to find some stillness. How can the mat feel so comfortable?

JANET BAXTER YOGA & HYPOPRESSIVE

 

*Mum & Baby Yoga - whether you’re a first or fourth time mum a welcoming space awaits and time for you. You’ll move, breathe and find ways to relax with your baby. There's tea/coffee and biscuits afterwards (the best bit). Time to chat with other mums, discuss all things babies or not! Close your eyes, enjoy your tea, do whatever you need to.

*Yoga for Movement and Health, everyone is welcome. It’s for the I’m not bendy enough (I hear this a lot), super busy crew who just need space to let their bodies move and find ways to breathe and relax more. For busy minds and tired souls. You’ll leave feeling empowered, more flexible and deeply relaxed.

NEW WINTON YOGA WITH JANET

Monday 10-11am & Thursday 7-8pm

 

Enjoy flowing yoga movements to help you feel good, ease your tensions and bring wonderful movement into your body. You'll learn breathing techniques and also enjoy relaxation and meditation.

The classes are really lovely, very welcoming and inclusive.

I love teaching from The New Winton Hall, it's a gorgeous space and has a lovely feel to it.
